Payments

 

Coachcare Travel  accepts the following methods of payment:

 Cash

  •  The office is open between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday, and 9 and 3 on Saturday.

 Cheque

  •  Please make cheques payable to Coachcare Travel.

 BACS Payment

  •  BACS Payments can be made by contacting the office for further details.
  PAYPAL

  •    We can accept payments via our Paypal account.
       By using the link below, simply type in your reference number (this may be your invoice number or name) and click pay now. You will be taken to Paypals secure payment page, and can input the amount you are paying on the screen.

 

Private Hire Payment


 The office is open between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday, 9 and 3, Saturday, and office staff are available  to  accept payments.

 Coachcare Travels terms are as follows:

 Deposits of 10% must be received to confirm the booking.

 Deposits are non refundable.

 The full balance must be cleared seven days before date of travel.

 Parking fees during private hire are payable by the organiser on the day.

 The soiling of vehicles incurs a flat fee of £30.00 payable to the driver.(This will be taken from the security deposit if paid).

  Excessive late charges will be applied, should agreed times not be adhered to.

 Tickets for day trips must be paid for in full when booking.
